What makes Koahala™ products different from other cocktail syrups?
Koahala™ products are crafted using time-honored formulas derived from original, unpublished mid-century recipes. We don’t cut corners - no artificial flavors, no shortcuts. Our syrups are designed by industry veterans to bring authentic tropical flavor to your bar, exactly as it was meant to taste.

Do Koahala™ products require refrigeration?
While Koahala™ products are stable at room temperature, we recommend refrigerating the Special Mai Tai Mix and Navy Grog Mix after opening so as to help preserve freshness and maintain optimal flavor impact over time. Breaking the seal exposes the syrup to air which can contain micro spoilage organisms. Keeping your open syrup capped and in the fridge greatly reduces natural contaminants from entering. However, our Special Honey Mix should not be refrigerated, but stored in a cool, dry place. All of our products are shelf stable for up to 24 months both before and after opening.

This ensures each batch is produced under strict quality control standards, with an emphasis on consistency, safety, and authenticity.
