Mai Tai Mix Recipes

"Special Mai Tai"

"A true taste of the islands - this streamlined version of the iconic 1944 Mai Tai delivers all the bold, complex flavors of the original, made easy with our Special Mai Tai Mix. No shortcuts on taste, just fewer steps and more Aloha in every sip."

Ingredients:

• 1 ½ oz White Puerto Rican Rum

• ¾ oz Dark Jamaican Rum

• ¾ oz Lemon Juice (Reconstituted)

• ¾ oz Koahala™ Special Mai Tai Mix

• ¼ Lime wedge, squeezed in last

 

Method: 

Combine ingredients into a shaker with ice, squeezing the quarter lime wedge by hand, dropping the spent shell in last. Hand-shake or flash-blend for 3-5 seconds. Pour unstrained into your favorite Mai Tai glass. Garnish with multiple fresh mint sprigs.

"Mock Tai"
(NON-ALCOHOLIC)
